In the tiny village of La Ñora, less than 5kms. from the centre of
Calasparra on the Valentin Road, the old Finca "Casa La Ñora” has been expertly renovated and tastefully converted into two very comfortable
self contained apartments. The ground floor (27a) and first floor (27b) apartments both have full off-street parking facilities.
Each has a bedroom with King size bed, and a second bedroom with twin singles. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets,
ceiling fans and wall mounted panel radiators for those chilly winter nights. The lower apartment also has a sofa bed for those larger gatherings.
Each apartment has a user friendly shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.
Each apartment has a very useful open plan “American” kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, electric cooker hob, microwave oven with grill, toaster,
tea and coffee making facilities, saucepans and crockery. 24/7 hot water.
Each apartment has a lounge complete with 2 seat and 3 seat sofa, coffee tables and dining table/chairs which may be used inside or out on the terrace.
Spanish terrestrial TV, some Sky TV and radio channels, VHS-DVD player, and a supply of films. All rooms are fitted with ceiling fans for those warm
summer nights.
Apartment 27a includes a small private rear courtyard with additional sink unit and gas cooker for outside catering. Apartment 27b also has a small
open terrace with similar sink unit and additional gas cooking facilities.
Fresh towels are provided every two days and bed linen is changed weekly. Personal laundry facilities are also available. All accommodations are non
smoking although you may of course use the terraces for this purpose. Sorry, we are not able to accept pets in the apartments.
Calasparra is a modern friendly town in the fast expanding NW region of Murcia. With up to one thousand new homes split across four new urbanisations
currently under construction, along with the constant stream of British visitors looking to purchase existing homes, apartments and fincas, our
La Ñora accommodations are well situated as a base while you peruse the area. For coastal dwellers or north European visitors they also present a
wonderful and economic opportunity to experience the tranquility and economy of in-land Spain. A little over an hours drive from Murcia airport, they
are also ideally placed to reach Andalucía or many of the Mar Menor coastal areas. Calasparra is also only 80kms. from the huge new Murcia shopping
centres Thader and Nueva Condaminia.
